Pricing Model.
Proc-i pricing model is mainly driven by two key elements; number and complexity of data sources and modules. Discounts are available on optional modules for bulk purchase and for multi-year commitments. Fees are made up of initial implementation costs and ongoing maintenance costs.
Actual offered pricing will be communicated prior to the workshop stage of evaluation, once the datasets have been received, the complexity understood and modules communicated. Any values listed below are therefore indicative and intended to serve as a guide only.
One-off Implementation fees.
Implementation fees are one-off fees for initial setup of the service. Typically this is applied in year 1, however, we can amortise this fee over the lifetime of the contract.
